The Russellville Indians will host a 10-team, double-elimination baseball tournament that begins today with six first-round games.
Russellville will field two teams in the tournament, as will Fatima. Versailles and Vienna are also playing in the four-day tournament at Russellville High School.
Russellville 1 opens today's slate against Otterville at 10 a.m. The winner will face Stoutland at 6 p.m.
Fatima 2 will play Prairie Home in today's second game at noon. The winner takes on Hermann at 4 p.m.
Other first-round games feature Fatima 1 against Versailles at 2 p.m., and Russellville 2 will play Vienna at 8 p.m. in the final game of the day.
Six more games are scheduled for Tuesday, including four elimination games.
The championship game is slated for 4:30 p.m. Thursday, with the "if necessary" game at 7 p.m.
Games will have a 1 hour, 45 minute time limit, with exception to the championship game, which will not have a time limit.
Friday and Saturday have been designated as makeup dates in case of rain.
