The Cavaliers remained within striking distance early, trailing 19-13 at the end of the first quarter and 27-18 about midway through the second quarter, but the Yellowjacket lead grew to 38-20 by halftime and 55-32 by the end of the third quarter.
Blake Meredith led Capital City with 16 points.
Lebanon advances to face Glendale at 9 p.m. today in the semifinals.
Capital City (1-11) is scheduled to face Bishop Dubourg at 6 p.m. today in the loser's bracket semifinals.
