WESTPHALIA - The Linn Lady Wildcats limited the Fatima Lady Comets to three second-quarter points on their way to a 46-43 win Thursday in Show-Me Conference play.
Fatima led 15-12 at the end of the first quarter, but Linn was ahead 21-18 at halftime and 36-35 entering the fourth quarter.
Alexis Wolfe was the top scorer for Linn with 14 points. Adding 11 points was Claire Baker.
Linn (14-11, 4-4 Show-Me) will begin postseason play Monday in the Class 2 District 8 Tournament at New Bloomfield.
Linn, the No. 5 seed, will take on Russellville, the No. 4 seed, at 7:45 p.m.
Fatima (12-10, 5-3 Show-Me) is the No. 5 seed in the Class 3 District 9 Tournament at Eldon. The Lady Comets will take on No. 4 seed Blair Oaks at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
