Jefferson City's Swinfard wins Ken Lanning title

ROLLA, Mo. - Jefferson City's Camryn Swinfard won the girls 16-18-year-old division of the Ken Lanning Junior Golf Championship on Saturday at Oak Meadow Country Club.

Swinfard finished with an 8-over 78, recording 11 pars, six bogeys and one double-bogey.

Rolla's Emma Hobbs and Abby Hobbs tied for second with a 16-over 86.

Also competing in the boys 13-15 division was Jefferson City's Dylan Bryan, who placed third with a 13-over 83. He birdied the par-5 15th hole and added eight pars in his round.

The Ken Lanning Junior Golf Championship is the final tournament on the Southwest Missouri Junior Golf Association's schedule, and has featured past participants such as Payne Stewart and John Daly.
