Women's Basketball: Wilbers matches season high in scoring

KANSAS CITY - William Jewell junior forward Macyn Wilbers finished with 14 points Monday, helping the Cardinals to a 75-66 win against Rockhurst.

Wilbers (Blair Oaks High School) shot 7-of-8 from the floor, making her 14th start of the season. She also had three rebounds and two assists.

The 14 points matches a season-high initially set Jan. 16 against McKendree.

In 17 games this season, Wilbers is fourth on the Cardinals with 6.0 points per game. She is also averaging 3.4 rebounds per game.

William Jewell (6-10) hosts Missouri S&T on Saturday.
