FAYETTE — Central Methodist freshman defensive specialist Krystal Brauner had a team-high 19 digs Sept. 28 in the Eagles' 22-25, 25-18, 25-15, 25-16 win against Ottawa.

Brauner (Helias High School) also finished with two service aces. Through 24 matches, Brauner leads Central Methodist with 366 digs, which ranks 46th in the NAIA.

Freshman right-side hitter Callie Henson (Helias High School) finished with 11 kills in the win, the sixth time this season she has reached double digits in that category. She is third on the team with 165 kills.

Junior setter Janice Steacy (Jefferson City High School) has 26 assists in eight matches played. Saturday's 25-20, 25-18, 25-21 win against Baker was Steacy's first full match this season, and she finished with 15 assists.

Central Methodist (22-2), ranked No. 14 in the NAIA with 15 consecutive wins, plays today at Culver-Stockton.
