College Football: Faddoul throws TD pass for Lindenwood

LEBANON, Ill. - Lindenwood redshirt junior quarterback Alex Faddoul threw the game-winning touchdown pass Saturday in the Lions' 45-37 win against McKendree.

Faddoul (Helias High School) tossed a 19-yard touchdown pass to Glen Gibbons with 30 seconds left in the third quarter to put the Lions ahead 42-37. It was his first touchdown pass of the season, and his first since the 2016 season.

For the game, Faddoul was 5-of-11 passing for 74 yards. He also had six carries for 43 yards, including a 31-yard gain.

Lindenwood (2-3) hosts No. 24 Truman State on Saturday.
