ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - William Jewell junior forward Macyn Wilbers finished with 13 points last Saturday in the Cardinals' 75-71 win against Michigan Tech, which is receiving votes in the NCAA Division II top 25 rankings.
Wilbers (Blair Oaks High School) added seven rebounds, shooting 5-of-12 from the field. She also made 3-of-4 free throws and had two assists in a game-high 33 minutes on the court.
Through two games, Wilbers is third on the Cardinals with 7.5 points per game and has 4.0 rebounds per game.
William Jewell (1-1) plays Friday at Sioux Falls in the Sioux Falls Classic.
