On the National Day of Prayer, President Joe Biden did not mention God's name once in his address to the nation. However, because he's from the party that booed God at its DNC convention in 2012, it's no surprise that God was not recognized.
America was founded on the Christian principles as voiced by our founders, early presidents and other leaders in our country.
The first settlers erected a wooden cross at Cape Henry in 1607 and gave thanks for God's protection in their voyage.
Gen. George Washington stated, "It is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor."
John Adams, signer of the Declaration of Independence and second president, said: "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." This explains why the liberals want to abolish our Constitution!
James Wilson, original justice of the Supreme Court, stated, "Human law must rest its authority of that law which is Divine far from being rivals or enemies, religion and law are twin sisters, friends, and mutual assistance. Indeed, these two sciences run into each other."
The Senate Judiciary Committee Report, Jan. 19, 1853, stated, "We are a Christian people not because the law demands it, not to gain exclusive benefits or to avoid legal disabilities, but from choice and education; and in a land thus universally Christian, what is to be expected, what desired, but that we shall pay due regard to Christianity."
In 1787 the Yale Student Guidelines stated, "All the scholars are required to live a religious and blameless life according to the rules of God's word, diligently reading the Holy Scriptures, that fountain of Divine light and truth, and constantly attending all the duties of religion." This is why our education system has failed today. God has been removed and mocked.
All liberals who believe America is a racist, bigoted and colonialist country should go live in another country and make comparisons after they become citizens and cannot claim protection as American citizens.
All the liberals in a red state need to go live in Chicago, Portland or Seattle and see how those liberal policies work out for you.
