Dear Editor:
Prior to the general election, additional security fencing was placed around the White House and store owners in New York and other locations boarded up their property in anticipation of violent protests and looting after the election.
Other than a mostly peaceful protest in Washington, D.C., the media has been silent about any violence and looting. Are the media outlets not covering the post-election violence and looting or has there been none? So who were the property owners expecting to attempt to destroy their property and loot their stores?
