So happy Ms. Hilgedick voiced her opinion on Central Dairy products disappearing. I am more than an "unhappy camper." I am beyond upset and ready to send Prarie Farms back to Illinois. Ms. Hilgedick said everything perfectly. I too, have been a Central Dairy products supporter for decades. I take a supply with me when I travel out of state. No other brand can come even close to the superior flavor of Central Dairy products.
Prairie Farms cottage cheese is tasteless and lasts forever because of the preservatives added. Prarie Farms apparently does not care if they strive to please their customers. Of course they will say the new products have good sales because what choice will customers have but to buy their brand. I beg others who feel this way to submit a letter. But I am also doubtful Prairie Farms will be affected by unhappy customers. They don't seem to care and haven't stuck by their word as Ms. Hilgedick stated in paragraph 3. They have every excuse they can think of not to please their many loyal Central Dairy products customers.
