Your Opinion: Response to Reichel

Dear Editor:

The undercover FBI agent and officer were looking for a fugitive and spotted James King walking. They ask him: What is your name, do you have weapons, use drugs, take medication, are you bipolar, where do you live? The officer reached for King's wallet to verify info and King fled - do innocent people flee and muggers ask questions? Had King not resisted, he wouldn't had been harmed and was hospital treated. Officers make split decisions to avoid being killed themselves. Two 911 callers later stated they were concerned for officers' safety!

Presently, almost three law enforcement officers are killed weekly - average age 37! Their every move is scrutinized and investigated - this ongoing case is six years old. They face life-threatening situations daily, while Democratic politicians release murderers/prisoners without incarceration/bail. Pelosi with all the "pork" she put in the $2.2 trillion dollar virus package put same day registration and voting rights for prisoners and illegals - undermining the rights of lawful Americans.

Reichel reads pro-Communist publications: Here's our Russia experiences: Military-garbed soldiers carrying AK-47-like weapons populate the airport. An Arkansas couple carrying the $30,000 cash per child adoption fee went missing for five days - everyone thought they had been killed. Our host family grandfather's property was confiscated and everyone lives in high-rise apartments, the 16"x30" appliances - refrigerator didn't work, food placed outdoors, board held oven door closed, mouse killed in the kitchen, overhead, pull-chained toilet, untreatable water made us sick, sink baths to save water, postman was paid for personal letters, government news only, bike/bus/walking transportation - host wife was a physics professor, her husband an engineer - adopting Americans charged $350 daily for housing, translator and driver whose car required daily maintenance. Americans supplied orphanage a suitcase of medications, toys, two gifts for all involved in adoption, candy bars for orphans, boys stripped naked so needed clothing. The two boys we adopted lived with drunks on the street for three years and weighed 30 pounds at six and seven years, had no schooling, weren't toilet trained and had a mouthful of cavities. Communist/Socialist countries like Russia only care about people as a commodity - people flee those countries for the freedoms we enjoy and you criticize, Mr. Reichel. Patriotic Americans are devising ways and working together to get us through this pandemic in this "great nation" we call America.
