The swamp has now made hearsay (gossip) legitimate evidence of any leak from anyone regardless of truth or legality giving the Trump-hating, power-hungry socialist Democrats in the House of Representatives free rein to hold unending show hearings in their coup to overthrow a legitimately elected president!
I call your attention to a 9/28/2019 article by Kristina Wong: "Report: Intelligence Community Secretly Eliminated Requirement Whistleblowers Have Direct Knowledge of Alleged Wrongdoing' (www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/09/28/report-intelligence-community-secretly-eliminated-requirement-whistleblowers-have-direct-knowledge-of-alleged-wrongdoing/).
Quotes from the article: "The intelligence community between May 2018 and August 2019 secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings, according to a bombshell report on Friday by The Federalist. The report by The Federalist's Sean Davis raises questions about the intelligence community's role amid a whistleblower complaint submitted against President Trump in August 2019.
"According to Davis, a previous version of the whistleblower complaint form declared that any complaint must contain only first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoing and that complaints that provide only hearsay, rumor, or gossip would be rejected. The [Intelligence Community Inspector General] cannot transmit information via the [Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act] based on an employee's second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing," the form had previously stated under the bolded heading "First-hand information required." "This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing."
Only a fool would not believe this happened after it became obvious the Mueller investigation was going nowhere. This change in the form could only happen by collusion with the intel community which undoubtedly still houses operatives which were a part of the Russian collusion hoax.
No one knows where this coup attempt by the House Democrats will end, but I can't believe our intelligent voting citizenry cannot see through this latest witch hunt by the Democrat Party. It's obvious that these 'investigations' are for the sole purpose of protecting corrupted government institutions such that only those who play the game can they and their families prosper at the taxpayers' expense! The socialist Democrats consider Trump a threat to the Obama developed embedded deep state corruption and by his vow to drain the swamp he must be taken out by any means!
