Capital Region Medical Center is offering COVID-19 testing for those who do not have an established primary care provider.
The testing site is designed to help relieve the influx of patients arriving in emergency rooms and urgent care clinics seeking testing. CRMC is asking people to avoid going to the emergency room to seek a COVID-19 test unless they are experiencing a health emergency.
Individuals without a primary care provider can call the triage line at 833-763-0444 between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday to be evaluated for testing. Testing will be provided by appointment only at the outpatient entrance of the hospital at 1125 Madison St. in Jefferson City.
Patients who have a primary care provider should contact their provider to receive an order for a COVID-19 test.
