Ivy Terrace, 500 E. Capitol Ave., is one of seven properties along Capitol Avenue and Jackson Street that are open for redevelopment proposals through the Jefferson City Housing Authority.

The Housing Authority is accepting redevelopment proposals for any of the properties until Jan. 7. The available properties also include 501, 507, 511 and 513 E. Capitol Ave. and 101 Jackson St.

Housing Authority Executive Director Cynthia Quetsch hung new signs on the properties Wednesday to let passersby know they are still accepting the proposals to try and generate more interest.

Proposals will be evaluated based on proposed use, impact on the removal of blight in the area, the historical relevance of the use, the impact of the proposal on future renovations in the areas, financial stability of the developer, the developer's experience and reputation, and price, according to the Housing Authority.
