Police ID man whose body was found in Bridgeton storage unit

BRIDGETON, Mo. (AP) - Police in the St. Louis County town of Bridgeton have identified a man whose body was found last week inside a storage unit.

The body was that of Cameron Gray, 28, of St. Ann, Bridgeton police said. Officers were called to Love's Self Storage around 4:30 a.m. Friday after a pickup truck drove through a security gate, and the truck's driver fled on foot. Two hours later, police were again called to the facility after an employee found Gray dead inside one of the units. Police say Gray had been shot.

Police are still searching for the pickup driver, believed to be a 27-year-old Overland man, suspected in Gray's death, officials said.
