CRANE, Mo. (AP) - A southwestern Missouri man is dead after a shooting in Stone County.
Sheriff Doug Rader said 27-year-old Nathan Johnson was shot Sunday after an altercation in the town of Crane. A 23-year-old suspect was arrested Sunday night. Police say the suspect turned himself in after officers negotiated over the phone with him. The man has not been formally charged as of Monday morning.
Police have not said what led to the shooting.
