A Eugene man died Saturday night when the utility vehicle he was driving ran off a Miller County road and struck a tree.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol identified the victim as Gary Herigon, 65. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the 8:17 p.m. crash on Old Ten Mile Road south of Kings Bluff Drive.
