It's not too soon to buy Halloween candy, especially if you intend to give a lot away.
The annual Trunk or Treat Halloween event at Capital Mall is back.
The event will take place 4-6 p.m. Oct. 30 in the center of the mall. Local businesses, auto dealerships and community organizations will be handing out candy.
The Host Lions Club will provide free eye screenings for children (with parents' or guardians' consent).
