Callaway County cases heard in Circuit Court

The following cases were heard Monday in the Circuit Court of Callaway County, Division 4, Honorable Josh Devine presiding:

Kelsey Ray Dannenmueller, 33, of Fulton, was sentenced to four years in prison for possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone). Dannenmueller had been on probation for the offense and admitted violating probation, and the judge revoked it. The case was originally investigated by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Shannon Martez Glasgow, 30, of Columbia, failed to appear in court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Dominic Lee Hill, 43, of Slater, was sentenced to seven years in prison for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Hill had been on probation for the offense, admitted violating probation by being arrested for a new drug offense in another county, and the judge revoked probation. The case was originally investigated by the Fulton Police Department.

Levert Johnson III, 37, of Holts Summit, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (MDMA, commonly known as ecstasy). Johnson admitted he possessed the drug in August 2019 when deputies were investigating a domestic disturbance at Johnson's residence. The judge placed Johnson on five years of supervised probation. The case was investigated by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Harrison Cole Kaperonis, 22, of Greenville, South Carolina, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (tetrahydrocannabinol) with intent to deliver. Kaperonis admitted he possessed the drug, in the form of THC wax and THC infused edibles, when he was stopped by a trooper for a traffic offense in February in Kingdom City. During the course of the stop, a deputy handling a K-9 officer had the dog conduct an exterior sniff of the vehicle operated by Kaperonis. After the dog alerted, the vehicle was searched. In the course of the search, the trooper located and seized plant marijuana, as well as the THC wax and edibles. The judge placed Kaperonis on five years of supervised probation. The case was investigated by the Missouri Highway Patrol with assistance from the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Stephen David Muehlman, 59, of Mexico, pleaded guilty to first-degree child molestation. Muehlman admitted he fondled the breast of a child, who was 7-9 years old in 2018-20. The sexual abuse came to light when the child disclosed it to a family member. The child was subsequently interviewed at the Rainbow House Child Advocacy Center where she disclosed inappropriate touching and fondling by Muehlman during a period of two years. The judge sentenced Muehlman to 13 years in prison. Under Missouri law, Muehlman must serve at least 85 percent of that sentence and must register as a sex offender for life. The case was investigated by the Auxvasse Police Department, in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Social Services-Children's Division, and Rainbow House Child Advocacy Center.

Kenneth Eugene Pfeffer, 51, of Sedalia, pleaded guilty to concealing a prohibited article on the premises of a state prison. Pfeffer admitted he possessed marijuana in December 2020 while he was incarcerated at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center. Authorities at the prison discovered Pfeffer had concealed the marijuana in his body when he was caught on camera removing the item and attempting to hide it. The judge sentenced Pfeffer to four years in prison to be served concurrently with a sentence he was already serving. The case was investigated by the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Timothy Erin Sullins, 41, of Raymondville, pleaded guilty to abandonment of a corpse. Sullins admitted he and another person took possession of the corpse of Matthew Beauchamp in September 2018 at a residence on Route VV and disposed of Beauchamp's body along County Road 470. Sullins admitted he did that after Beauchamp suffered a fatal drug overdose. Sullins and the other person, Wendy Sullins, also known as Wendy Akers, did not notify authorities of Beauchamp's death or of the location of his body. Beauchamp's family reported him missing to authorities in Audrain County in the fall of 2018. In December 2019, Wendy Sullins died of a drug overdose and a juvenile who had lived with her and Timothy Sullins at the VV residence in September 2018 disclosed the couple had disposed of Beauchamp's body after he died at the residence. Sullins admitted the offense to investigators and took them to the location along County Road 470 where investigators discovered human remains, later identified as Beauchamp. The judge sentenced Sullins to four years in prison, the maximum sentence for the offense. The case was investigated by the Audrain County Sheriff's Office, Callaway County Sheriff's Office, Missouri Highway Patrol-Division of Drug and Crime Control, and the Boone-Callaway County Medical Examiner's Office.

Kaitlyn Aubry Wolfe, 30, of Fulton, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and the misdemeanor of possession of a defaced firearm. Wolfe admitted she possessed the drug in July 2020 and again this June. In the 2020 incident, Wolfe admitted she possessed the drug found in her vehicle after a deputy sheriff responded to a convenience store for a report of harassment. In the 2021 incident, Wolfe admitted she possessed methamphetamine and a handgun that had the serial number scratched off when a police officer took her into custody on an unrelated charge. The judge sentenced Wolfe to four years in prison for each of the drug offenses and 180 days in the county jail for the misdemeanor weapon offense. Wolfe was also sentenced to four years in prison in another case on the charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Wolfe had been on probation for that 2018 offense, admitted violating probation by committing the new offenses, and the judge revoked probation. The cases were investigated by the Fulton Police Department and Callaway County Sheriff's Office.
