A Fulton man was arrested after a one vehicle crash Monday night in Callaway County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 7:50 p.m. in the 9600 block of Route C, south of County Road 455.
Michael Payne, 26, was driving a vehicle that crossed the centerline of the road, went off the left side and overturned, coming to rest on its top. Payne was not wearing a seat belt and was treated for moderate injuries. He was arrested for DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the road resulting in a crash.
