Missouri River Regional Library has created a virtual meeting room that is available for use in Cole and Osage counties.
Virtual rooms, hosted on Zoom, are available to community groups, nonprofit organizations and businesses.
By scheduling meetings through the library, community members will have unlimited time for meetings and may include up to 300 attendees, according to an MRRL news release.
All meetings should be scheduled at least one business day in advance (8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday).
Library staff members will not be available to attend meetings, so meeting organizers must be comfortable with the virtual platform.
Reservations for the virtual meeting room may be made at mrrl.org/reserve-room/time.
