The last day for the Cole County Community Vaccination Site is nearing.

The site, at Capital Mall in Jefferson City, offers Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines one day a week — from noon-6 p.m. Thursdays. It is located near the food court in the mall at 3600 Country Club Drive.

Register at covidvaccine.mo.gov. Appointment times are available until 5:40 p.m.

Walk-ins are welcome noon-4 p.m.

Jefferson City Medical Group and retail pharmacies also have COVID-19 vaccines available. Most pharmacies are open daily and do not require appointments.

All COVID-19 vaccination locations in Missouri may be found at covidvaccine.mo.gov.

The Community Health Center of Central Missouri is also offering vaccines at United Way mobile food pantry events in June. Sites available are 4-6 p.m. today at St. Martin Catholic Church, 7206 Business 50 West in St. Martins, and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday at Annunciation Catholic Church, 310 Mill St. in California.

Cole County's COVID-19 vaccine rate is approximately 40 percent as of Tuesday, according to the Cole County Health Department.
