The Zonta Club of Jefferson City is accepting applications for 2021-22 Second Chance Scholarships for non-traditional students until July 1, with scholarships to be awarded by Aug. 31.
The Second Chance Scholarship program is available to women in central Missouri who are at least 24 years old, pursuing education to improve their chances for advancement in the workforce, and meet other requirements detailed on the application form available at zontajcmo.org/scholarships.
The maximum award is $2,500, renewable for the next consecutive semester, for a potential total of $5,000.
To date, the Zonta Club of Jefferson City has awarded more than $302,000 through its Second Chance Scholarship program.
