One person was hurt Saturday in an accident in Callaway County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reported Caleb Klick, 28, of Fulton, was driving southbound at 1:30 a.m. on Route C, south of County Road 408, when his Chevrolet Suburban ran off the road. It then went airborne and struck a bridge abutment before overturning.

Klick, who was not wearing a seat belt, sustained moderate injuries and was taken by helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia, the patrol states. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, resulting in a crash, according to a patrol arrest report.
