Nine people were arrested in Cole County after authorities served two narcotics-related search warrants Friday morning.
The Cole County Sheriff's Department SWAT team, Mustang Drug Task Force and the Jefferson City Police Department SWAT team served the search warrants at two locations in the 6000 block of Old Lohman Road, according to a Sheriff's Department news release.
Authorities said methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, drug packaging and digital scales were recovered.
Names of the nine subjects, who were taken into custody without incident, and the charges they face were not available as of Friday afternoon.
