Fulton police on Sunday arrested a Columbia man whom they say is a registered sex offender.
According to Fulton Police Department reports, Ronald Bealmear Jr. was taken into custody as officers were conducting patrols at Veterans Park on Stephens Drive.
Court records state Bealmear Jr. is a registered sex offender out of Audrain County.
He was taken into custody and taken to the Callaway County Jail, where he was released with a bond.
