The Jefferson City Board of Education voted Monday to certify items that will appear on the ballot for district patrons to decide in the April 6 municipal election.

The board voted unanimously to certify the ballot, which will ask patrons to chose two school board members, Jefferson City School District Communications Director Ryan Burns said.

School board candidates on the ballot include Ken Enloe, a current board member serving as board treasurer, and current board member Lindsey Rowden, both of whom have been serving since spring 2018, as well as Ian Shadrick, who is looking to serve his first term on the board.

The two candidates with the most votes will be elected to the board to serve a three-year term.
