Cases added to the tally in Moniteau County in the past seven days account for 14 percent of the total cases added since March.

The Health Center encourages all to take preventive actions to prevent the spread of respiratory viruses, including avoiding close contact with those who are sick; avoiding touching the eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands; washing one's hands with soap and water regularly; staying home if you are sick; adhering to proper social distancing of at least 6 feet; and wearing a facial covering when engaging in tasks away from home.
