Two people were hurt in a one-vehicle crash Monday morning in Miller County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 4:45 a.m. on Kiefer Road.
Jared Davis, 37, of Rocky Mount, was driving an ATV when he failed to negotiate a curve, and the ATV went off the left side of the road and collided with a rock.
Davis and his passenger, Jason Olivo, 24, of Vista, California, were ejected, and neither had any safety devices on. Both were treated for serious injuries.
Davis was later arrested for DWI, unlawfully operating an ATV on a highway, driving while revoked and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
