Stover woman injured in Monday accident

A woman from Stover was injured in a one-vehicle crash Monday evening in Morgan County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 5:20 p.m. on Route C, just east of Mt. Zion Road.

Marie Capps, 31, went off the right side of the road, went through a fence and struck a concrete retaining wall.

She was wearing a seat belt and was treated for serious injuries.

In a separate accident, two teenagers from Tipton were injured in a one-vehicle crash Monday night in Moniteau County.

Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 9:20 p.m. on Snorgrass Road, 2 miles south of U.S. 50.

Blake Kugler, 17, slid off the right side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned.

Kugler had moderate injuries while his passenger, Ian Clifford, 17, had minor injuries. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
