A Gravois Mills man died Saturday night at the scene of a one-car wreck in Morgan County.

Dillon M. Sola, 23, was ejected from his Mazda Miata when it ran off the road, struck an embankment and overturned, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol report. He was driving southbound on Missouri 5 just north of Santa Fe Road when the crash occurred at 11:15 p.m.

His body was transported to Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles.

The fatality was one of three Morgan County crashes on Saturday reported by the patrol.

Three people received minor injuries at 2:24 p.m. when a car collided with a horse and buggy on Route C west of Hopewell Road.

Jordan Williams, 18, of California, Mo., was driving a Honda Accord eastbound when it rear-ended the eastbound buggy driven by Katherine N. Stauffer, 51, of Barnett.

Williams, who had been wearing a seat belt, was transported by ambulance for treatment at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. Stauffer and a 12-year-old passenger in the buggy, were treated at the scene of the accident.

Also on Saturday in Morgan County, four people were hurt at 1:38 p.m. when the car they were occupying ran off Missouri 52 just east of Brookside Road and hit a utility pole. They were transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach for treatment.

The patrol reports Ashley M. Bealmear, 34, of Columbia, suffered a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle she was driving. She and a passenger -- Skyler R. Lewis, 27, of Macon -- sustained serious injuries.

Two other passengers -- Chelsea M. Baker, 22, of Gravois Mills, and Brianna R. Baker, 21, of Macon -- received moderate injuries.
