Fr. Helias Knights of Columbus Council members recently donated 24 children’s winter coats to two local organizations.
Council members presented the coats to Shane Boessen, from the Samaritan Center, and Sue English, from the Rape and Abuse Crisis Service, according to a news release.
The council ordered and paid for the coats, 12 for boys and 12 for girls, through the organization’s Coats for Kids program.
