A Jefferson City woman has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance, which occurred in February.

Jacquelyn Rodriguez, 35, is also charged with hindering prosecution.

A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows Rodriguez and her boyfriend at the time were reportedly found to be in possession of approximately 2 pounds of marijuana packaged in several separate vacuum sealed packages.

Inside a vehicle Rodriguez was driving, officers reportedly found a vacuum sealer and vacuum bags used to package the marijuana.
