Several injured in Mid-Mo accidents

One person was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Sunday evening in Morgan County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 5 p.m. on Missouri 5, a half-mile south of Route P.

Ricky Stinocher, 62, of Gravois Mills, went off the right side of the road, struck several trees and overturned.

Stinocher was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from his vehicle. He was treated for moderate injuries.

One person was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Miller County.

Patrol reports show the crash occurred around 12:20 p.m. on Eastbound U.S. 54, a half-mile east of Route FF.

Matthew Thomas, 57, of Osage Beach, was going too fast for road conditions and lost control. He went off the left side of the road and struck an embankment.

Matthew Thomas had no reported injuries, but his mother, Patricia Thomas, 88, of Osage Beach, who was a passenger, was treated for minor injuries.

A woman from Eugene was injured Monday morning after apparently not properly putting her vehicle into park, causing the vehicle to strike her.

Patrol reports show this occurred around 11:30 a.m. in the 14800 block of Missouri 17.

Rachel Bischoff, 72, had pulled off into a private drive and exited the vehicle prior to properly placing her vehicle into park.

Bischoff was struck by the vehicle and it continued to roll, going off the east side of the road. The vehicle finally came to rest after striking several small trees.
