A St. Louis man was hurt in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday night in Osage County.

Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 6 p.m. on U.S. 63, a half-mile south of U.S. 50.

Harvey Utley, 54, was going south on 63 in his tractor-trailer when he suffered a medical emergency.

The vehicle went off the right side of the road, striking several trees. Utley's load of beer then shifted and went through the front portion of the trailer, striking the cab of the vehicle. The cab disconnected from its frame and landed on its top.

Utley was treated for minor injuries. He was wearing a seat belt.
