A Fulton teenager was killed Saturday in an accident in Phelps County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the accident occurred at 11:15 a.m. on Grant Road a mile south of the Doolittle city limits.
A 13-year-old girl from Fulton was driving a utility vehicle, making a left turn, and started to skid. The vehicle overturned and ejected the driver and her two passengers, 14 and 13 years old girls, both from Fulton.
The 13-year-old driver and the 13-year-old passenger had no reported injuries, but the 14-year-old passenger died after the vehicle landed on top of her and pinned her underneath.
Names of the girls were not released by the patrol because they were all juveniles.
