Three arrested in Miller County drug bust

Three people were arrested in Miller County after multi-agency drug operation this week.

Deputies along with members of the Mid-Missouri Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force and the Missouri National Guard Counter Drug Unit executed a search warrant in Brumley early Wednesday morning, according to information from the Miller County Sheriff's Department.

Timothy Hunsperger, 38, of Brumley, was reportedly located hiding in an attic area of the home. He refused to comply with commands from deputies and after a brief struggle was taken into custody on an outstanding parole violation warrant.

Authorities located a bag of crystalline substance that weighed approximately 200 grams in the area where Hunsperger was arrested.

Also arrested at the residence were Raelynn Koenigsfeld, 27, and Jeremy Runion, 40, of Macks Creek, who was located in a shed on the property and was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine.

The Miller County Prosecutor's Office charged Hunsperger with first-degree drug trafficking, Koenigsfeld with first-degree drug trafficking and hindering prosecution, while Runion was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
