The Missouri 42 bridge over the Gasconade River east of Vienna in Maries County will close at 6 p.m. Friday due to needed repairs from flood damage. The bridge likely will reopen late next week.
Motorists traveling on Missouri 42 may use U.S. 63 and Missouri 28 to detour around the area.
