Monday's Cork, Fork & Brews event allows you to give back to the community while enjoying a sampling of local food and beverages.

The dinner auction event begins at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at Capitol Plaza Hotel with the auction starting at 7:30 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City, which serves disadvantaged youth in the community.

A variety of food and beverages from local restaurants, caterers, wineries and breweries will be available for tasting at the event, which will also feature a live auction that includes dining, entertainment and vacation packages.

Tickets are $65 per person or $600 for a table of 10 and can be purchased through eventbrite.com.
