Capital Mall is ready for the Halloween enthusiasts of Jefferson City who start preparations early, as seasonal costume store Spirit Halloween opened this weekend.
Spirit Halloween offers Halloween costumes, masks, wigs, accessories, makeup and decorations. The store is accessible only from an outside entrance, and is located in the former Party City, which most recently hosted the county mass vaccination site.
