Central Bank will conduct banking services via drive-thru and appointment only beginning Friday due to increasing cases of COVID-19 in the area.
"Protecting your health, as well as ours, was the most important factor in this decision," banking officials said Monday in an email to customers.
Video tellers will be available 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday at Central Bank locations.
The bank's locations at Walmart in Jefferson City and Mosers in Fulton will be closed completely.
Visit centralbank.net/locations to find the nearest Central Bank location with a drive-thru, video teller or ATM.
To access a safe deposit box, tell an associate at the drive-thru or call ahead to make an appointment.
Customers who have loan closings or other appointments scheduled should contact their banker to coordinate details.
Central Bank's call center is available at 866-236-8744, and customers can contact individual banking locations during normal business hours.
