Farmers Bank of Lohman opened a new branch last week.

The new branch opened Feb. 24 at 8711 Route C, according to a news release.

"We are thrilled to be operating from a new, state-of-the-art facility and to be improving access for customers from our very visible new location," Farmers Bank President and CEO Rob Siebeneck said in the news release. "We will continue our community-focused work with personal and business banking services and meeting the core values and creating relationships that customers expect."

The branch at 2903 Main St. in Lohman closed Feb. 21, according to the news release. Siebeneck said the location didn't have room for an ATM or drive-up service, but the new location will.

The bank is keeping the branch at 103 Lomo Drive in St. Martins open, according to the news release.
