The new Texas Roadhouse restaurant at 3104 S. Ten Mile Drive in Jefferson City is set to open Nov. 18, corporate spokesperson Travis Doster said.
"Our restaurants throughout the state of Missouri have been very successful, and we are excited about coming to Jefferson City," Doster said in an emailed statement. "It's certainly a growing area, and we are excited about the high visibility offered by the site."
The Jefferson City location is still hiring full-time and part-time positions, Doster said. Anyone interested can stop by the South Ten Mile Drive location.
The Jefferson City Texas Roadhouse will hire about 190 employees, Doster said.
