Sally Ince/ News Tribune Josh Lehmen stands with his wife Alicia, and children Lincoln, Gwendolyn, Theodore and Calvin on October 31, 2019 at his new automotive location. Lehmen owns On-Site Oil Change but will be changing his business name to Lehmen Automotive at the new location.

After opening 15 years ago, On-Site Oil Change will relocate under a new name over the next few weeks.

On-Site Oil Change, under its new name Lehmen Automotive, will move from 212 Railton Road to the former Rollins Automotive location at 2004 Idlewood Court in Jefferson City.

On-Site Oil Change owner Josh Lehmen said he hopes to have the new shop open by the end of November or early December.

Renovations are underway, with crews doing general cleanup, painting, adding signage and knocking out a wall to make room for another bay.

While the new shop doesn't necessarily offer more space, Lehmen said, it's a better location and allows the shop to serve not just Lehmen's customers but also former Rollins Automotive customers.

As part of the move, Lehmen said, the business name will change to Lehmen Automotive.

"It helps us send a message out that we're a local family, and it's family-owned, family-operated, and we want to bring that home to people, and that's one way we can do that," he said.

On-Site Oil Change will continue to serve customers at its current location until its move later this month, Lehmen said.
