Municipal League: Cities, schools ‘in the crosshairs’ of Missouri Legislature

Cities are concerned about several "anti local government bills" they're seeing in the Missouri Legislature, according to Richard Sheets.

"Cities and school districts are really in the crosshairs right now and it's kind of discouraging," said Sheets, the executive director of the Missouri Municipal League (MLL).
