Steve and Marybeth Bohn hold hands Monday, Oct. 2, 2023, during Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder Awareness Day activities in the Missouri Capitol Rotunda. Their daughter Christina Bohn suffered from PMDD and eventually died by suicide, and now her parents fight for public awareness and education on the subject.
In previous years, Marybeth and Steve Bohn would have been celebrating their daughter Christina's birthday Monday.
This year, they were speaking to around 60 people at the Missouri Capitol about premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and their daughter's struggles with it.
