Traffic on Stadium Drive between Jackson Street and Mesa Boulevard will be affected by this weekend's Missouri State High School Activities Association track and field championships.
The second weekend of the event will see traffic restricted from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. today and Saturday. The Jefferson City Police Department advised pedestrians and drivers to be extra vigilant when in that area due to the high volume of people.
Drivers are also advised to follow the directions of law enforcement officers assigned to the detail.
