A three-vehicle crash left one Mexico woman injured Monday afternoon in Callaway County.
Kassie N. Phelps, of Holts Summit, was driving east on U.S. 54 south of Route TT when she hit the median cables, according to a Missouri Highway Patrol crash report.
Rachel D. Goldthrite, of New Bloomfield, then hit Phelps' 2015 Dodge Dart with her 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer.
According to the report, Crystal L. Wood, of Mexico, then hit Goldthrite's vehicle with her 2006 Ford Explorer, causing Goldthrite to hit Phelp's vehicle again.
Wood, 41, sustained minor injuries and was taken to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City by Callaway County EMS. She was wearing a seat belt at the time.
Neither Phelps, 26, nor Goldthrite, 37, were injured. They were also wearing seat belts.
After the previous crash, Phelps' vehicle was left disabled in the roadway. The already damaged car was then involved in a second incident.
Donald L. Stewart, 34, of French Village, was driving east on U.S. 54 and hit Phelps' wrecked vehicle, as well as another vehicle driven by Whitney L. Keil, of Fulton, according to a Highway Patrol crash report.
Stewart's 2019 International tractor only sustained minor damage, and he drove away without injuries.
Keil, 19, sustained minor injuries and was transported privately to University Hospital in Columbia, leaving her 2012 Jeep Wrangler behind.
