A Lohman man has been indicted on child pornography charges in federal court.
Anthony Pitts-Fugate, 30, was indicted on one count of producing child pornography, one count of distributing child pornography, and one count of possessing child pornography by a Kansas City federal grand jury.
He was arrested in April after allegedly producing and sending an undercover officer a video and photo of a minor being sexually assaulted.
The case was investigated by the FBI, the Cole County Sheriff's Department and the Boone County Sheriff's Department.
